BTC-2013 Semester Exam Date Year 2020 #Updated
Basic Teaching Certificate (BTC) exams are conducted semester-wise and each semester consists of six months or approx 100-130 days. Trainee students are eagerly waiting for BTC Semester exam dates for session year 2017. There are many BTC exams are pending this year because board is too busy in arranging counseling for 72,825 primary teachers vacancy and 29,334 Maths-Science teachers vacancies.
Finally a good news has arrived for UP BTC students as their semester exam papers date sheet has arrived. Below is the list provided by the UP Basic Education board. They instructed each DIET to provide finalized names of government colleges like GIC, GGIC and other white-listed colleges that can take responsibility to conduct BTC exams at their premises.

BTC – 2013 Exam Paper Pattern:
BTC exam datesheet for 2013 batch, 3rd & 4th counseling students will be started from 27 March 2017 to 1 April 2017. This exam paper has been divided in three sections i.e. Long Answers, Short Answers and objective questions. There will be eight written exam papers in each semester. Total marking for these papers are 275. Objective and Short answer questions will carry 1 mark each and long answers will carry 2 marks each. Marking of individual subjects are given in-front of paper.

Students who have failed in First semester exam can give re-exam of respective subjects with this updated BTC-2013 1st Semester exam date sheet. If a student have failed in 3 or more than 3 subjects than he/she has to give all the eight exams.

These exams dates are valid for BTC 2013 batch second semester candidates of first and second counseling.
BTC Practical Exam Dates – Year 2017:
BTC Semester Practical will be start from 4 April 2017 according to guidelines from respective DIET. Practical exams will be conducted at respective DIET for private college.
Note: Official exam dates for BTC 2013 batch students are not declared. But Lucknow DIET issued notification for individual DIETs to provide list of GIC and GGIC colleges to conduct exam for BTC Batch 2013. The written exam for BTC 2013 – First Semester is scheduled in Fourth week of March 2017.
