Be prepared to wait up to (and in some cases) longer than *6 months.* There is no way to make them go faster, in fact *antone* who wants to speed things up or push an issue is treated with caution and will probably wait longer.

That's a stupid reason. Wanting to speed things up is a red alert? What about if you really need to access your bitcoins to pay off rent?

Look, I understand the terms and conditions but this is old bitcoin balance that I left two years ago when the prices were still low, now that the bitcoin price is in the thousands, this old bitcoin balance that I had once forgotten about is now very relevant to my current situation. I am aware that LBC may limit, suspend or terminate my account for security or safety reasons but I am also equally aware that verification process of my identity to recover access to my own bitcoins should not take a long time either. Why is my old balance being held in limbo?

My issue is now resolved, thanks to the LBC staff, I can now sell my BTCs :)
