Try nako sa Surya Nunda. I have inquired through their FB page and it's 150/session or 2000/month (for October).
Their earliest session is at 6:45am, next is 8:45am. I want to try pa lang.

Unsa kadugay pag kat un sa forearm stand?
new to inversions and yoga, i learned thru YouTube headstand (sirsha asana) and crane pose pero naglisud ko sa forearm stand.

Nakabalo nako sa Tripod Headstad (Sirsasana II) . Cge japon practice ug Pincha Mayurasana (Forarm Stand)
But, i noticed since im practising against, the wall, how do i transition to center of the room?

Maam @MollyMillions much better ayaw practice against the wall since it will make your shoulder shrug that's what my instructor told me. Ky you're targeting unta the muscles in your back but since you do it against the wall murag mu collapse or shrug imong shoulder. Practice lang daw dolphin but not against the wall.
