Uttar Pradesh State, the Uttar Pradesh basic education Board (UPBEB) is a Recruitment board going to conduct UP BTC 2019 (Basic Training Certificate) Entrance Examination. The applicant can visit the Official website (upbasiceduboard.gov.in). Candidate has to fill all the Required Details and Information Very Carefully. Once you have Summit all the details, submit the application form and Print the application form for future Reference. Lots of qualified and dynamic students want Admission in 2 yrs of Basic training Certificate BTC course or in Diploma in Elementary Education. Both of these courses imparted by DIETs and District Resource Centres (DRCs) in Uttar Pradesh by UP D.El.Ed. Entrance Test will be organized by Lucknow college and other districts in Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria

• The age limit for applying candidates is 21 years to 31 years.
• Applicants who have successfully completed graduation in any field (B.A, BSc, B.COM, B.C.A, BBA, B.Tech). Arts, Science and Commerce students are also eligible to apply with 50% Marks can apply.
• Applicant candidate should be have done BTC (Basic Training Certificate).

Application Fee

• Candidates can pay the application fees by the debit card, credit card or by net banking.

Counselling

• After the publication of the merit list, the qualified candidates will be called for Counselling.
• The candidates who will be selected for counselling will be able to get the allotment letters.
• After producing the allotment letter and other prescribed documents in the college, the candidates will be admitted to the college.

Registration

• The registration for counselling is a one-time facility.
• Candidate can visit the Board’s official website at updeled.gov.in and click on the Counselling Option.
• Click on the tab Step 1 – Generate OTP.
• Provide the Registration Number and Date of Birth to generate Password.
• The OTP will be sent to candidates on the registered phone number (provided at the time of registration).

Choice Filling

• Submit the choices for the course and the colleges.
• Enter the new password and through that password, they will be able to lock their choices.
• After completing the above-mentioned steps, Login using the created Password.
• Candidates will be able to avail the options of Choice Available, Choice Submission, Choice Deletion, Choice Interchange, Choice Lock.
• Candidates can choose the option of all available institutions at one time in the preference order.
• The college/ seat will be allotted as per the preference is given by them in the choice filling.
• After locking the choices of institutes, submit it.

Documents required during counselling:

• Passing certificates.
• Class X and XII certificates.
• Graduation mark sheet/ Degree.
• Domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
• Registration number and Slip.
• Recent Color photographs.
• Payment receipt (if required).
• Caste/ PH certificates (if required)

Fee Structure (as per the last year’s information brochure)

• The total seats to be filled in Government colleges or DIET is 10,450.
• In private colleges, the total seats to be filled are 40,000.
• If 181 new colleges will granted this to take admission then the extended seat 9050 and total will be 59,500.
• UP BTC new fees extended 4100 to 8000.
• The fees in private colleges are 41000.
